I have been the broker/owner of MaxWell Mountain Realty
since 2002 and have been a realtor for 9 years. I moved to Canmore in 1996
and built a home in Benchlands Terrace, then in 2003 built a house on first
street and lived in south Canmore for 2 ½ years. In 2005 I listed and/or
sold 44 properties and received a Super Star Agent award.

I Prepare A Plan.
Once I have done my homework, I prepare a plan. Everything goes on
paper. If you are selling, I prepare a comparative market analysis to ensure
that your home is priced to sell & a marketing plan to put your home in the
spotlight, working out the most effective way to showcase your home to
suitable buyers. If you are buying, I follow a systematic and carefully
developed plan, searching out all available options with the various
resources I have at our disposal; such as, resale homes listed by other
agents or new homes listed by the builder or developer. This way I can help
you find your dream home, whether it is your primary residence,
vacation/recreational retreat or investment property.
